Hello!!

So this is how it will go.

I'll cycle a total of forty miles around Snowdon, run up and down the mountain in between and then just to end the day - I'll canoe across the lake to the finish line.

I'm not doing this alone. There are three other dedicated souls as part of our team.

We're doing this for Regain - the only charity for men and woman who've become tetraplegic as a result of a sporting accident. Have a look at the link to the left and you'll see that your money is put to great use!

Many of the people you'll be helping have hurt themselves whilst trying to reach out and grab life and reach sporting goals.

One minute, they're fit, active and healthy. The next they're paralysed.

Regain exists to help them.

So please, please give what you can.
