I'm a big advocate for walking for my own mental health, so I thought it seemed apt to combine the two!
Last year, I took on the Big Stroll and you were all so amazingly generous, so this year I'm really challenging myself and going to (hopefully) conquer the Mighty Stride - 22.7 miles
It's a mighty amount of miles so I'm setting a mighty target. Thanks so much for reading ♥️
