Story

If you know me you'll also know that until two years ago I was one of the laziest people around when it came to any sort of exercise. So it may come as a surprise that I'm attempting to run a marathon. But on Sunday 18 April 2010, I will be lacing up my trainers and running 26.2 miles through the streets of Brighton in what will be my first, and possibly only, attempt at running a marathon.

I'm collecting sponsorship for the Cardiomyopathy Association. Many of you will know the one very good reason why I've chosen this particular charity and I hope you'll agree it's worthy of our support. So you can do the easy bit in giving them a few quid and I'll do the hard work in running the marathon.

Thank you.

Laura.
