Hi! Laura and I will be running a half marathon in May and will be raising money for Ronald Mcdonald House Charity.

The charity means a lot to us Christou's, my amazing nephew was born premature and they were amazing for Ellie and Harrison, Zachary has come a long way almost 4 years ago, look at him now! Below is a summary of their story with Ronald Mcdonald House.

"Back in 2018 our Son decided to have a very early appearance at just 24weeks. Our world was turned upside down and we were in hospital over an hour away from home.

The wonderful Ronald Mcdonald House stepped in and said they would accommodate us so we can be close to him. We stayed there for 5 months, they were supportive, friendly and just simply amazing. We made life long friends with other families staying there and the staff. We are in owe to them and the amazing work they do with supporting families I'm their toughest times."

Ronald McDonald House Charities provides free 'home away from home' accommodation at specialist children's hospitals across the UK, enabling families to stay close to their child and maintain a degree of normal family life.There are many families who need support. To help build even more Houses across the UK, I will be running #TeamRMHCUK at the Edinburgh Marathon Festival 2022.
