The Cardiff Half Marathon is Wales' largest mass participation event, with fantastic crowd support on race day. The route will take you past the capital's most iconic landmarks, with beautiful scenery and historic buildings.

I am taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon 2019 to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society. 

In the UK alone there are over 850,000 people with dementia, with numbers set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. 


Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.
