Story

Ross McConchie, Phillip Anderson, Pete Blackburn, Karen Brownlie, Matt Booth, Martin Warnock and Laura Ene will attempt to climb Everest between them up in their own homes to raise money for DGRI Critical Care Unit at Dumfries and Galloway Health Endowment Fund. Mount Everest is 8848m the team will each climb 526 times up the stairs carrying a full rucksack on Saturday 9th May. Critical Care are overwhelmed across the country during Covid 19 outbreak and all donations would be greatly appreciated.

About the charity

Dumfries and Galloway Health Board Endowment Fund raises funds to make a real difference to patient care in our hospitals and community. With your help, we are able to help give all of our patients, their families and carers and staff the support they need at a time of personal crisis.
