At the end of August my beautiful friend, and Ava's sister, Beth tragically died aged 25 from septic shock. 

The symptoms of sepsis and speed with which it can take over and become fatal are something I was completely unaware of prior to this. Through raising money for UK Sepsis Trust I hope   tragedies like this will be prevented in the future and families impacted by sepsis will be able to receive support they need. 

I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon with six of my oldest and closest friends, collectively we hope to do you proud Beth. xx
