Peter, Kim and I will be taking part in Tough Mudder North West on the 10th September and any money we raise will be given to the Clare Daly Foundation. 

According to their website "Tough Mudder is a 12 mile mud and obstacle course designed to drag you out of your comfort zone by testing your physical strength, stamina, and mental grit" in other words, mine and Kim's idea of hell!

For those of you who don't know about the Clare Daly Foundation,  it's a charity which has been setup by Clare's family after she sadly passed away in December 2015 after a short battle with melanoma. She was just 29 years of age. Through the foundation, Clare's family are hoping to raise awareness of the disease and make a valuable contribution to the fight against melanoma.
