Whilst 2020 has been hugely challenging and stressful and there have been times when my anxiety has been through the roof, we count ourselves lucky that we've got a strong supportive and loving family around us and we've managed to get through the past few months relatively unscathed!

I'll be doing 5K a day in December in support of the Michael Carrick Foundation, to raise money for children in Greater Manchester that need our help more than ever.  Daniel and Sami will be chipping in and taking part throughout the month too!
