Ok... so I have not run in years, however, I want to do something in order to raise money for all the efforts dogs trust do to help fur babies across the UK. 

I am going to start, my running journey here and I hope to raise over £250 by the end of February. I will keep the page updated with my progress on my runs etc.

If I manage to make it past the first one I’m sure the next few months of training won’t be so hard ....
