Our team of MS Superstar cyclists will take on the London to Brighton Cycle, to raise funds and awareness for the MS Society and to help stop MS. This is their team page.

Story

Having bought my first road bike (like so many others!) in the first lockdown, and recently upgraded a far superior bike, it's fair to say that I have well and truly got the bug and joined the "lycrabrigade" :)

So, it's time to put my efforts to good use and take on my first charity ride. It's  not especially long, but does have a few little ondulations (inc a 10% incline for a mile ish at one point!) so it certainly won't be a total breeze. So looking forward to it though, especially to experience what it's like riding in such a large group.

When choosing who to "ride for", the decision was a bit of a no brainer as my mum's younger sister,  my Auntie Gill, passed back in 2016 in her 50s after a long, arduous battle with multiple sclerosis. I knew I wanted to help fund research into the condition and support for those living with it having seen how difficult life was for Gill.

So, if you can spare a few quid (or maybe  a little more than a few?!) please do consider sponsoring me. Thank you in advance.

I'll of course post updates so you know how I get on!
