Team: Remembering Ellie Conn

In memory of Ellie Conn

This year at Northern Ireland Children's Hospice we cared for over 370 children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, in both our inpatient unit - Horizon House and in the local community. We rely on your generous donations to continue to fund our vital services.

Story

On the 24th of October 2003 my little cousin Ellie Holly Conn was born but due to complications she was starved of oxygen during birth which left her paralysed. She wasn't expected to live past her first 24 hours but our little fighter made it to a week, and then a year and then an almighty 8 years. She was a little miracle to us all, but finally once January 2012 came she was admitted to hospital, she finally took her last breaths in her mummy's arms on the 30th of January 2O12. As the Northern Ireland Childrens hospice did a lot for Ellie, I have decided to do a skydive in rememberance of Ellie and all funds raised will go to the charity.
All donations will be greatfully accepted :-)

'My cousin, my best friend, my inspiration, our little soldier
How I would have loved to watched you grow older
you were a fighter, you gave it your best
now you lay peaceful, in God's arms your rest'

Thank you all :-)
