I am taking part in the Lake District Ultra 1/4 challenge - covering 29km (18 miles) with 900m elevation from Kendal to Ambleside on Saturday 8th June 2024, and am doing so to raise money for Dorset Mind, a mental health charity in Dorset.

Dorset Mind is a self-funded local charity that helps people in Dorset experiencing mental health problems access the vital support they need. They help support local people by providing them with education and 1-2-1 & group support.
