I am running the 10K British Road Race on the 13th July to help raise money for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. 

Unfortunately I lost my Grandma to this horrible disease last year after a long and hard battle with the disease. I now understand the effects this disease has on the individual, the family and friends. 

I am running this event to raise money to help fund research for the MNDA which receive no government funding.
