Those who know me know I don’t run… ever. But here we are doing the great welsh run for charity. I have worked with woman’s aid for a while and I wanted to do something as my parting gift to them. Charity donations go along way to the work we do and helping change the life of women in wales. 1 in 3 women experience violence or abuse. Your mothers, sisters and daughters please dig deep and make this chubby girl run a bit faster.
