This year, both my Mum & I will be taking part in the “Mental Elf Run 2022” where we will walk, jog or run the length of the runway at Southend Airport raising money for the charity Mind which supports Mental Health, a cause very close to my heart.

We have our tickets and the event will be on Saturday 3rd December.
