We opened Laroma Therapies in December last year, to create a calm relaxing environment for people to come and enjoy complimentary therapy to help heal the mind body and soul. Mental Health has been a part of my life from a young age. My mum suffers with bi polar and anxiety and as a family we did not get the support we needed and we feel there is still not enough support out there today. I have used the negatives from my past and turned them into positives now and for the future.

Here at Laroma we have been holding monthly Mental Health Awareness events for our clients and anyone that wants to come along, offering tea, cake and a mini treatment along with the chance to chill and unwind in the company of others dealing with similar issues. We have found that these groups are really beneficial to those that attend as people can relate to someone else's experiences and story's and not feel judged by anyone in attendance. We offer a wide range of therapy's from our great team of therapists, all providing something different. Laroma Therapies is here to help and support everyone.
