On 12th March 2023, I will be running my first ever half marathon in Stafford. I will be supporting St David’s Hopsice who provided brilliant care and support for my grandad when he had cancer. I hope the money I raise can help to continue the excellent support St David’s Hospice provide to patients and their families.

Here are some examples of how the donations can help:
£10 – Purchase oils for an aromatherapy session or materials for the arts & crafts sessions in our Day Care unit
£25 – A morning or afternoon’s care from a support worker
£50 – 5 Slide sheets to help facilitate the moving of patients up the bed.
£150 – Would feed all our patients for a day
£187.50 – This would fund 1 hour of clinical time for all our patients
£500 – This would provide on-going training for 5 nurses
£1200 – This could purchase a specialist mattress for an Inpatient bed
