I am running for the WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals) who are fighting against animal cruelty throughout the world. They are known for their work to prevent bear baiting and fighting and I am particularly running to raise money to help stop bear farming in Asia. This involves bears being confined in tiny cages where they can't move at all so that bile can be harvested from their gall bladders to use in Asian medicine. It is desperately cruel and painful.
