Myself and Amy are going to be trekking up Snowdon on 1st June!
We are doing this for a charity called Zoe’s Place.
This charity is an independent registered Charity providing
palliative, respite and end of life care to babies and infants aged from birth
to 5 years suffering from life-limiting or life-threatening conditions.
We are asking for your donations to sponsor our trek and get some money together for a wonderful cause. Let’s help those children and families as much as we can.
