Hi everyone

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  As you can see myself and Toby are taking part in the Wrap up and Run 10k at Tatton Park in Marchn for AgeUK.    

After Toby's mega Triatholon in July 2011 this will seem like a walk in the park for him, but for me this is a real challenge as I have not ran since High School!!!    As most of you will know when I commit to something I put my all into it and I have my 10 week plan well into motion.  Training is consisting of 3 runs a week and regular walks with our Puppy Billie. 

Beleive it or not I am really enjoying the exercise and cannot wait for the 10k run in March.  But then again I am only 2 weeks into this so things might change!!  I have been quite lucky up to now and I am yet to run in terential rain or even snow, so watch this space! 

 I would be really grateful to anyone who can spare a litle bit of money to support  my charity AgeUK giving people in later life a better life.    This is a great cause and Thanks again for your support.
