I'm running the 2019 ABP Newport Wales 10K on Sunday 5th May. This is in aid to raise funds for THE WALLICH, who help people facing homelessness and supporting those that are already on our streets.

Every year my workplace supports a chairty so this year, Our funds will be going to PAWS (Prevention and Wellbeing Support) a project that runs from THE WALLICH. Primarily based in Neath Port Talbot, helping individuals with:

– managing a tenancy

– finding private rented accommodation

– finances and budgeting

– substance or alcohol misuse

– physical or mental health issues

– training, education or voluntary 

This will be my first ever 10K.. It's going to be a HUGE challenge for me as I can just about run a bath let alone 10k!
