Story
As you probably know, I have been volunteering with Cats Protection now for over 5 years either interacting with the cats directly, giving educational talks to the community or offering tours of the National Cat Adoption Centre at Chelwood Gate.
Cats Protection relies on the donations from the public as it receives no government funding so I decided to get my walking shoes on and undertake this 9 mile sponsored walk in September. If you feel that you can sponsor me for this task I would (as would the cats) be extremely grateful.
Any pictures of blisters on my feet will be shared on this page!
Cats Protection is the UK’s leading feline welfare charity. Our vision is a world where every cat is treated with kindness and an understanding of its needs. Cats Protection has simple and clear objectives to help cats: Homing - Finding good homes for cats in need; Neutering - Supporting and encouraging the neutering of cats; Information - Improving people’s understanding of cats and their care. Achieving this vision is only made possible due to kind cat lovers who support our work.
