Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In June 2013, I am going to Tanzania which is located in Central Africa for a full 10 weeks with Raleigh International to help improve the lifes of the less fortunate. 

During my 10 week expedition, I will be doing a variety of different programmes which will include helping get a fresh water supply to the community. I will also be help build suitable accommodation/schools for the community living there. I will be involved in a conservation programme which will help endangered animals. Also on my expedition i will be doing a 19 day trek which will allow me to observe the way Africian community are having to live in poverty and the conditions of the homes they live in.

This opportunity will beneift me personally in confidence building, team work, trusting, and in many more ways. This oppotunity will also change my outlook on life and the ways that I approach life. It will show me how fortunate I really am to have all these luxuries which i take for granted. It will be a real eye opener. This will be an experience of a life time which will always be in my memories.

Within the next month, I will be organising fundraising activities to assist helping me raise money towards my trip. You can also donate directly though this direct JustGiving page. 

To achieve this, I have to fundraise round about £800 towards the funds of accommodation, food and living expenses. Raleigh International will also be contrubuting towards this expense of the expedition.
