London Marathon 2018 · 22 April 2018 ·

StreetDoctors trains young people affected by violence how to be lifesavers, including what to do if someone is bleeding or knocked out. Our movement of young healthcare volunteers empower 11-25 year olds across the UK to make more informed decisions & become StreetDoctors in their communities.

Story

So here its goes, another marathon! Training is - well sketchy at best - but it will be worth it in the end.

Streetdoctors teaches at risk young people lifesaving first aid skills. We know of 12 occasions when young people have used these skills. Sessions are designed to be memorable and practical - first aid without the boring bits!

I never fail to be humbled by the experiences of some of these young people. Only yesterday a 14 year old girl told me 2 of her mates had been stabbed the week before - that's crazy.

So please support this amazing cause and allow us to teach even more young people!

If I raise £1,000 by marathon day I will give a stranger a hug every mile!
