I would like to say thank you directly by donating as much money as possible for this trust as they saved my life which is the best gift I could of ever asked for. And that is why for my 18th birthday I would like to give you a gift because you have given me one LIFE i'm so thankful because without you all being their on the 5th September 2000 I may not be here today writing this to you all! I know its a cliche but its true. I cannot believe that I was born 24 weeks premature weighing 19 ounces and I had a bleeding on the brain, PDA, etc, and i'm still here doing all the amazing things that I have accomplished like my gcses, prom & graduation also another reason why is because since then their has been many more premature babies that have been born and some that may have not survived due to them being to ill, & because of this i'm hoping that the money that I raise will be able to buy all the necessary medical equipment that the newborn babies may need for them to have the best possible start in life,
