From Monday 10th January  i will be taking part in this fab 1,000 mile challenge with the aim of getting myself healthy in 2022!

So alongside this from Monday (after my christmas sweeties are finished)😂 i will also be giving up on the sweet stuff 😨 every day before work i head to asda to get my chocolate fix so instead of lining the pockets of asda i will be donating it directly to Charlie House HQ 🧡
