Lauren's Frog Whitton Attempt

Frog Whitton · 15 August 2020
I am the *second female to attempt the Frog Whitton Challenge, which involves - cycling 96 miles over some of the hardest passes in the Lake District and swimming 6 miles, across four epic bodies of water. I am taking on this challenge because I love pushing myself physically and mentally and I also want to raise money for this fantastic Charity.
I have struggled with depression and anxiety the last 4 years, alongside coming to terms with my ADHD diagnosis. Papyrus was one of the services I used when my mental health was deteriorating. They are a fantastic charity that does phenomenal work.
