Change Step offers effective support for veterans in Wales including dedicated services for those in crisis, older veterans, and people with mental health and substance misuse needs. Our team of veteran peer mentors use their own experiences to help veterans confront challenges in their lives, and to navigate and engage with vital support services throughout Wales. Since 2014, we've supported more than 1,700 veterans throughout Wales; veterans who have given a total of more than 10,000 years' service to the UK Armed Forces. Every penny raised helps sustain our service.
