Hi everyone,

I am running the Great South Run this October and raising money for Mencap. The charity is important to me because my brother has a learning disability and when we were little Mencap used to take him to the beach and on days out. The charity works hard to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities and i am proud to be supporting them.

It would be fantastic if you can sponsor me anything - it all adds up! I am looking forward to the run and will be training hard to make sure i don't do anything silly like break my foot again! (which is what I did at the Reading half marathon - oops!!)
