A Civil Engineer, I was the Project Manager for the Queensferry Crossing bridge which opened just over a year ago. Sadly my mother passed away from cancer just a few weeks later. She was so impressed with the bridge and I suppose my efforts in getting it built but I’d like to go further.... I’d like to help find a cure for this terrible disease which has claimed the lives of so many including my father, uncle and mother-in-law.
