Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Paul and I had our twin girls Layla and Ella at 25 weeks, weighing only 1lb 9oz each. It was such a scary time in special care with our tiny babies, a rollercoaster ride of emotions. We had good days and bad days. Layla and Ella showed incredible strength throughout and now at 16months have grown to be the most amazing little girls, learning everyday, thriving and are happy! Whilst we were on the special care unit we won't forget all the support and comfort that came from the charity Tiny Lives. Things like the tiny nests that protected our babies in their incubators. Also the mini boos, something so simple but a massive comfort, we could take home and smell the scent of Layla and Ella, as they would also smell their Mammy and Daddy when we weren't there. It's a charity close to our hearts and there's so much more that they do. We will be forever grateful for everything they did through such a tough time, and not just for us but for all the family's going through the same. Thank you Tiny Lives.
