Story

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page for the Hannibal Challenge 2008.

On the 13th & 14th of September, Alex Readings, Tom Doherty, Anna Heftman, Mandy Gould, Tammy Donoghue & Ann-Marie Stone will be taking on the Hannibal Challenge.  This challenge is to follow in the footsteps of the great Hannibal, treking across the Alps, covering approximately 60km over two days.  Starting in France and crossing through to Italy, reaching an altittude of 3000m.

We will be walking on behalf of the chosen charity of the Hannibal Challenge - Fredericks Foundation.  This charity helps disadvantaged individuals become self-sufficient and independent of the benefits system. They help themselves through self-employment by starting a sustainable business with vital funding from Fredericks and free Business Mentor support. For more information about The Fredericks Foundation, please visit www.fredericksfoundation.org.

We are looking to raise £2500.  All donations will go direct to the charity, as all expenses have been paid for by the participants and Lehman Brothers.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure.  If you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

Thanks for all your generous support!
