Leach Rhodes Walker are proud to be taking part in the Manchester to Blackpool 60 Mile Bike Ride as the next event in our year long fundraising to support Wood Street Mission and their work helping children to thrive in families free from poverty. Having already completed the Great Manchester 10K Run in May our next stop on the charity train is sunny Blackpool. Any donations will be gratefully received by the charity.

Wood Street Mission is a children's charity which helps children and families living in poverty in Manchester & Salford. They provide practical help to meet children's day-to-day needs and improve their life chances. All funds raised from our run and other events throughout the year will contribute to Smart Start School Uniform project, which helps families at an incredibly expensive time of year, providing children with school uniform essentials. 

To give you an idea of the impact of your donation: £10 could provide a new school backpack, £20 could provide a winter coat to keep a child warm and dry on their way to school, £40 could kit out a child with brand new uniform, helping them to fit in and fulfil their potential at school.
