The amazing Jonty Harrison passed away last summer aged just 29. Jonty suffered from cardiomyopathy and needed a heart transplant but, due to organ scarcity, he sadly did not receive one in time.

With greater funding and research into cardiac issues more young people with similar conditions to Jonty can be saved. A number of Jonty's friends and family are completing the London to Brighton for the BHF whose research will help save lives. 

Team Jonty was set up to celebrate this incredible man's life. Any donations to this worthwhile cause would be greatly appreciated.
