Story
My name is Leah Falzarano, I am the founder of Notion To Now, the personal training business in St Neots.
On the 25th/26th July, I will be hosting a 24 hour Bikeathon to raise money for Samaritans and East Anglia Air Ambulance. To me there is no better form of therapy than human connection. I am privileged to work with different people everyday from different backgrounds, however, it has become apparent to me that so many of us bottle up our thoughts and are deprived of a support unit. In 2025, I wanted to combat this notion and introduced small group PT sessions to my services. This created a community of beginners, post natal mums, as well as senior participants to come together and motivate each other and they now socialise outside of the gym, taking part in meals out, workshops and activities they were previously too scared to attend alone. Further, earlier this year, I joined Jas Singh, Matt Jones, and Alfie Edwards from St Neots in creating ‘Manic Run Club’. This run group provides a weekly 5km run with the overarching aim of championing mental health and community. Our Manic team will be hosting this 24hr Bikeathon together.
We aim to run a social event that welcomes everyone and relies on our community working together as well as inviting independent local businesses to partake, donate and attend.
