I’m taking on the Samaritans "Walk 60 Miles with your Dog in April" challenge to help prevent suicide through the power of human connection. Those who know me well understand that supporting mental health difficulties is a value I'm passionate about. I work for a mental health charity. As part of my job, I signpost adults and young people to ring The Samaritans or attend a medical centre if they are in distress, out of office hours. Please help raise awareness of the work The Samaritans do to support suicide prevention. £10 funds a life saving phone call. Feelings are like clouds-they pass. But when it's dark and stormy, feelings can be difficult to manage. Life is busy, and difficult. The Samaritans helpline offers support 24 hours a day to people who feel they have no one available to listen.
