To mark the 5 year anniversary of my cousin Crystal losing her battle with cancer, I have decided to run the Stafford half marathon to raise money for Katherine House hospice who were a saving grace to help give Crystal some well needed restbite when times got difficult. 

It's my first half marathon so it's quite a challenge for me, especially as I haven't been very motivated to do any running for a while!
