Hi all, I hope everyone is safe and well.  

Last year my dad was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). It is a nasty disease. It affects signals getting to the brain and in turn affects someone’s ability to walk, talk, eat and even breath. It is life shattering, life limiting and sadly terminal - there is no cure.

I decided to enter some events to raise vital funds for MND association, however due to Covid-19 these haven't gone ahead. 

So I did my own half marathon with a close family friend and my awesome running buddy which was brilliant and we raised over £700. 

I've now decided to join the Mission 5000 and I'm going to attempt to run 100 miles throughout September and would be thrilled if I could increase the overall amount from £700 to £1000....  🧡💙
