Royal Manchester children's hospital has done so much for Ted over the last 2 years. 

He has already had lots of surgery, over 2 years of chemotherapy and around 30MRI's. 

If this iMRI scanner was brought to the hospital for use on OUR LOCAL children suffering with all kinds of brain injuries, tumours and other neurological problems we would literally revolutionise the treatment these children get. 

It could have potentially halved the amount of surgery Ted has received......maybe even allowed for more removal of the tumour safely and effectively..........on this journey I have met so many people who are going through the same suffering as us some of whom have also lost their children due to brain damage being caused in surgery.........it really is unthinkable what some people deal with in this hospital. 

The neurosurgeon's are absolutely out of this world and I owe my life to the people who amazingly worked for hours and hours numeorous times in Ted's tiny little brain to keep him here without causing any long term damage but with this amazing new machine they could work with even more precision and accuracy. 

I'm asking that instead of sending cards this year or cut back on the stocking fillers and chuck a few pounds in the direction of this appeal, you could change the lives or even save the lives of so many local children........we don't know what's next on the agenda for Ted following his break from treatment but I know if the only option is surgery again I would be on my knees begging for this to be used.
