Crossroads Care Kent is the leading Carers charity in Kent. They deliver care and support for anyone living with the challenges of caring, unpaid, for family member or friend who is ill, frail, disabled or has mental health problems.  Their services help carers get the extra support they need to live their own lives.  My parents are lucky enough to have support from the lovely Lesley who comes to sit with my mum, who has dementia, which means my dad gets 3 hours a week to himself to go out and do their shopping or whatever he needs.
