Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My little cousin Freddie McLennan was due to start at Leeds University this October (2019) but was tragically killed in a car crash on the salt flats in Bolivia in June. 

All of the proceeds from this book will be going to support Football Beyond Borders, the charity that my family have chosen to support following Freddie’s sudden death. Like me, Freddie was a huge football fan. A charity that uses football as a medium to give children for whom the education system has not worked a second chance seemed fitting for us to support.

Thank you very much for buying this book and in doing so, contributing towards the charity. It means a great deal to me and my family and I look forward to you enjoying the recipes as much as I and my followers have done over the last two years.
