Come rain, snow, wind, sun, illness, niggles and family/work life, I will be committing myself to running everyday for 1096 days without a break.
The minimum distance I will run each day will be 10km (6.2 miles). However, I will be running in plenty of events such as half and full marathons during my challenge.
So my part in this challenge is the running in all seasons, and most probably some silly times to accommodate my lifestyle. I'm asking you to be part of my challenge by requesting donations to a great charity in Kent Sports Trust (KST).
KST has the core values of using sport to foster a culture of encouraging participation in sport across Kent, creating positive health outcomes, and helping build communities. More information can be found on their website: www.kentsportstrust.org.

As well as providing updates on my progress on here, I will be doing this on Twitter and Facebook too. I'm sure there will be many ups and downs on this year long journey, but with encouragement from friends and family and knowing that any money raised will be invested into good causes I know I wont let anyone down.
