A new year, a new challenge!

Each year I set myself a new charity challenge with the aim of raising awareness of mental health and to promote the accessibility of support available out there.

This time I embark on the Jurassic Coast for a monster 100km hike to be completed within 24 hours. Well I couldn't go easy after smashing the national three peak challenge now could I! So, on the 13th May 2023 I will be trekking around the clock all in support of the fantastic charity MIND. 

Any money donated will be gratefully received by the charity and I assure that it will absolutely go towards helping people who are in desperate need. This charity helped me to re-shape my life and to help me find my path away from the darkness. So, I am fully committed to continue raising money for this fantastic cause to ensure plenty more people benefit from them just as I did.
