As part of HSBC's Big Pedal, I am joining a team that will be cycling from Sheffield to Birmingham over two days on 25th & 26th September. Having not undertaken a ride of this length and over consecutive days, this will be a great challenge and one I am looking forward to.

Alzheimer's can affect anybody, at anytime, and your support would make a huge difference. The Alzheimer's Society are the only UK charity investing in research into dementia care, cause, cure and prevention, and as such, I hope I can go a little way to help them with this.
