The number of rough sleepers in Luton has risen by 14% in the last few years, sadly my town now sits at number 5 in the top 10 highest local authority rough sleeper counts. To put this into perspective Manchester sits at number 4, a city which has over double the population! 

I see people on the streets everyday young, old, male and female all who are desperate need of help. These people appear to me even more vividly in winter when it’s bitterly cold and I go home to a warm house, hot meal and a dry bed. So on the 15th March I will be sleeping rough for one night to raise vital funds to support those who are invisible to so many.
