Willow is the only UK charity supporting seriously ill 16 to 40 year olds by providing unique and positive Special Days. Since 1999 Willow has fulfilled more than 22,000 Special Days for young adults living with life-threatening conditions such as cancer, motor neurone disease and cystic fibrosis.

Story

Terri Wedmore aged 24 from St Anne’s Bristol loved her horses and lived her life to the full, and was always there to lend a helping hand. Terri was diagnosed with cancer in august 2012 and was given the all clear. Sadly the cancer returned early this year and devastatingly we were told the news this time it was terminal. Terri’s wish was to have a family holiday and this is where the fantastic charity The Willow Foundation stepped in. Sue Terri’s mum rang the willow foundation on the Monday and by the Friday her wish came true, a family holiday at Centre Park’s all paid for and arranged by the willow foundation. Terri sadly passed away 24 march 2013

Terri would want this charity to be recognised, so in memory of Terri we have taken it upon ourselves to raise money for this great charity The Willow Foundation which provides people 16-40 with life limited illnesses, make their wishes come true
