Anthony Nolan saves the lives of people with blood cancer. Founded in 1974, by growing our register of stem cell donors, conducting research and supporting patients, Anthony Nolan cures blood cancer and blood disorders. But we need to do more. Without you, there is no cure.

Story

On June 30th 2022, Lee and Jordan will be taking on this 24-hr cycle challenge. It’s the most extreme of the 24-hr London to Paris bike routes. With over 275miles to cover. This is certainly not a route for the feint hearted and a truly incredible challenge to accomplish. The objective is to keep on raising for Anthony Nolan; a UK charity that works in areas of leukaemia and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

This charity means so much to Lee, which he has a personal affection for through his brother. In 2014 Aaron Salter was diagnosed with leukaemia. After a stage of remission, sadly in November 2019 after a long battle, Aaron tragically passed away. During 2019 Aaron started a fundraiser for Anthony Nolan, but due to his illness never managed to complete his target.

Lee Salter - “My goal is to keep going with huge challenges, that are not for the everyday person - until I reach my target of 10k! My perspective on pushing boundaries and human performance is ambitious - and I will never take a fit and healthy body for granted - I love you Aaron, and this is all in your memory"
