My boxing journey began on Wednesday 27th January with an introduction to boxing fitness and technique at Alex Abusins Gym in Bradford, I'll be doing boxing training every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday along with steady state runs and speed work on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. It's going to be hard work but thinking of friends and family that have been affected by cancer is pushing me forwards, I'm never going to find a cure for cancer but the scientists at Cancer Research UK just might... With your help!
