Running this is probably going to be one of the most energy sapping things I've done in my life but it pales into significance the sacrifices our soldiers give for our country and it is with this in mind I will make it to the end even if I have to crawl over the finish line.

I dedicate my run to Lee Rigby, brutally murdered in Woolwich in May this year. He supported Help For Heroes proudly as I do.
